What this site collects on its own

The pages and fonts are served by this website. Your colour-theme preference is saved in your browser. Optional analytics is described below and loads only with your permission.

The server that delivers them records ordinary access logs — IP address, time, the page requested, the browser’s user agent — which are needed to serve the site and to detect abuse, and are kept only as long as that requires.

When you write to us

Email sent to hello@wildo.ai reaches a mailbox read by a person. The message and the address it came from are used to answer you and to keep the thread of a conversation, and for nothing else. They are not used for advertising and are not sold.

The contact form sends the same information — your name, your email address, an optional organisation and your message — to a small service Wildo.ai runs, which forwards it to that mailbox through its email provider and stores nothing itself. Your message and email address are used to answer you, and nothing else. The service keeps the sending address in memory for ten minutes to limit how often the form can be submitted, and writes no other record.

Measurement

With your consent, we use PostHog to measure which pages are visited and improve this website. Analytics is optional: rejecting it does not limit access to the site. We load its script from https://eu-assets.i.posthog.com and send page-view events to https://eu.i.posthog.com only after you select “Accept analytics”.

Events contain the page address without its query string or fragment, the time of the event, a temporary identifier and technical SDK metadata. We do not send form contents, referrers or campaign parameters as event properties, create person profiles, or enable click tracking or session recordings. PostHog receives connection information, including your IP address and browser request headers, when your browser contacts its servers. We disable IP-based geolocation in our analytics configuration.

The legal basis for this optional measurement is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer, then “Reject analytics”. The page reloads to stop the analytics software. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not retroactively invalidate processing that took place with your consent. Contact us using the address below for questions or requests about previously collected data.

We remember your acceptance or rejection for 180 days, using a dated record in this browser solely to remember your privacy choice. After that we ask again. Clearing site storage also removes the choice. PostHog does not persist its tracking identifier in browser storage. On withdrawal it may also save an opt-out flag, which is cleared if you accept analytics again. These preference records are separate from its temporary analytics identifier.

PostHog processes these events for us through its EU service. Our current Free plan provides one year of event-data retention, as shown in our account's billing information. The 180-day browser preference period above is separate from this analytics-data retention period. P2C Consulting, s.à r.l.-S has signed a data-processing agreement with PostHog.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to a processing, or ask for a copy. Write to hello@wildo.ai. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données.

Changes

When this notice changes, the new version replaces this page. The site is versioned, so the wording in force on a given date can be reconstructed from its history.
